    At Inspired Apparel, we aim to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If you need to exchange an item, we’ve made the process as easy as possible for you. Please review the following guidelines:

    1. Eligibility for Exchanges
    Items must be returned for exchange within 15 days from the date of purchase. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with tags attached and all original accessories included. Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided to process the exchange.

    2. How to Request an Exchange
    Contact our customer service team at info@inspiredapparel.net or via the Contact Us page to initiate an exchange request. Provide your order number and the reason for the exchange. We will send you a prepaid shipping label to return the item. Please pack the item securely to avoid damage in transit. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your exchange and send out the replacement item. Processing time typically takes 1-3 business days after receiving the returned item.

    3. Shipping Costs
    Free exchanges are available on all domestic orders.  For international orders, the customer is responsible for shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.

    4. Defective or Damaged Items
    If you received an item that is defective or damaged, please notify us within 3 days of delivery, and we will arrange for an immediate exchange.

    5. Exchanging for a Different Product
    If the requested exchange item is unavailable, you may choose to receive a different product. If you wish to exchange your product for a different item, simply return the original item and place a new order for the replacement. Any price differences will be either refunded or charged based on the new order.

    6. Personalized or Customized Products
    Personalized/customized products are products printed with the customers designs, logo or photo and do not include Inspired Apparel branding. Once these products are approved by the customer and printed, there are no refunds or exchanges.
