Customer understands that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind. Products must not have been worn or washed in order to receive a refund or return.
However, in the case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, BIBLICAL ART GALLERY will offer a free reprint or a refund within 15 days of product delivery. If the product is received with an chemical or ink odor on the garments, customer should wash the garments before requesting a refund or return. There are rare occasions with direct-to-garment (DTG) printing, that the ink odor may still remain on garment, simply wash the garment to eliminate the smell.
