1. Eligibility for Exchanges
Items must be returned for exchange within 15 days from the date of purchase. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with tags attached and all original accessories included. Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided to process the exchange.2. How to Request an Exchange

We will send you a prepaid shipping label to return the item. Please pack the item securely to avoid damage in transit. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your exchange and send out the replacement item. Processing time typically takes 1-3 business days after receiving the returned item.3. Free exchanges are available on all domestic orders. For international orders, the customer is responsible for shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.4. Defective or Damaged Items
